I bought a mountain bike to replace mine urgently following a theft. I proceeded to buy it on the direct site. To obtain some information, I contacted the store by telephone, which met all my expectations. The latter even called me back when my mountain bike was ready to be sent. Delivery times are respected, which were 2 to 4 working days, which is relatively very fast. I strongly recommend purchasing from the Lapierre Besançon store.

Arriving in the store, I was well taken care of, well informed about the different models of electric bikes. The seller also told me about promotions on their website. he took the time to answer all my questions. To improve: once the purchase was made I would have liked to have information on the marking and the recobike anti-theft device (I don't really know what it is?)

During my appointment, the store was able to give me a complete estimate of the services to be carried out on my mountain bike. I was able to get the bike back two days later in working order! Good experience, I recommend.
